PR to finally fix our tutorial notebooks: https://github.com/Eventual-Inc/Daft/pull/4161 various issues had to be resolved, but the biggest change is that instead of using mini DALL-E I switched to a Stable Diffusion model. CI (and google collab) were dying from OOMs with mini DALL-E
