@Cory Grinstead @Kevin Wang here's the next part of case-insensitive name resolution. It has tested case-sensitive and case-normalized (lower) support, but I have case-sensitive hardcoded as the default option since that's backwards compatible with today. There are some interesting things to figure out which will depend on if the calls come from python or SQL. I know one way to do it, but it will be time consuming.
