@Colin Ho fix for surfacing exceptions from catalogs. I am possibly interested in another method like

get_table_or_none

so we don't have to do this exception checking, but can still be permissive while resolving through the chain. Let me know if you have any ideas as well. https://github.com/Eventual-Inc/Daft/pull/4073
