PR for last bit of missing major functionality for spark connect (joins) https://github.com/Eventual-Inc/Daft/pull/3849

Hey Cory, I feel like we will need to make some significant changes to this to support non-equality joins on spark connect, which may make the logic actually simpler for the spark connect planner. I'm working on building the mechanism for representing non-equality joins on the logical plan side right now, as a follow-up to the unresolved column PR. Unless this is an urgent feature, we may want to consider holding off on merging this PR until what I am working on is in.
