Could I get a review on this PR? <https://github.com/Eventual-Inc/Daft/pull/3767>. it supercedes <https://dist-data.slack.com/archives/C052CA6Q9N1/p1738358990903089>, and makes the spark context in sync with the daft context.

so you can now do
```daft.context.set_runner_ray()

spark = # ... make spark

# run spark queries on ray.```

overall I think this is a much better approach anyways. it simplifies the code a lot, and it's really nice that the same context is now reusable across py &amp; rust.
