I've updated the list constructor to use the same coercion logic as coalesce since they share typing rules via ANSI-SQL 9.5. I don't think the coercion logic overall is perfect, but it's sane for now and I'm happy to have these expressions on the same typing path. https://github.com/Eventual-Inc/Daft/pull/3737
