im seeing so many sql functions like concat, read_csv, intersect, etc. (awesome!!) in github releases, should we be adding docs for them? cc @Cory Grinstead

a lot of these are part of the dialect, and not actually sql "functions". (concat, intersect). We don't yet have any documentation outlining our sql dialect, so those are omitted for now. However, "read_csv" should definitely have some documentation around it.
