v0.3.13

which includes fixes for regressions that occurred during

v0.3.11/12

wrt set_runner_ray. I have also gone ahead and yanked the

v0.3.11/12

releases. Please give

v0.3.13

a shot and those issues should have been resolved now!

I didn't get this problem for 11/12 though! I'll give 13 a shot soon!
