Hey, is there a reason why we wrap all of our `py_functions`  with a return type of `PyResult<...>`? It seems unnecessary since we always return the `Ok` variant.

For example:

Pinging <@U071FMQUR7W> for visibility. I think you've touched some of these `daft-function` functions recently. (Maybe you were just doing it because it was being done like that previously?)

Some of these expressions unwrap a result, so I think it’s just for consistency
